Mini Savoury Muffins

Method:


  1. Mix the flax egg and leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the kefir and plant milk together and leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease the muffin tin.
  4. Preheat the oven.
  5. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in one bowl.
  6. Mix all of the wet ingredients together in a second bowl.
  7. Add the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients, mix them together and leave the mixture for 15 minutes.
  8. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
