Apple Oladushki
Ingredients:

350ml of Yogurt

1-2 Cups of Flour

A Pinch of Salt

1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp of Baking Powder

1/2 tsp of Baking Soda

1-2 Apples
-
40ml of Sunflower Oil

Optional: 3 tbsp Sugar
Method:

Dice the apples and set them aside for now.

First, melt the butter.

Combine egg, sugar, vanilla, yogurt and butter in one bowl.

Add the sifted flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in another and mix together.

Add the apples to the mixture and mix in so that they are spread equally throughout the dough.

Pour the contents of the first bowl into the second and stir from bottom to top with the minimum
number of strokes.

Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

Without stirring the dough, lay out spoonfuls of the batter and fry the pancakes in a lightly oiled
frying pan.
