White Chocolate Banana Muffins
Ingredients:

2 Cups of Flour

1/2 Cups of Sugar

1 tsp of Baking Soda

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 Cup of Soya Yogurt
-
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
-
4 tbsp of Melted Margarin
-
2 Bananas
-
White Chocolate Chips (as many as you desire)
Method:

Put the paper muffin cases into the cupcake moulds.

Get 2 seperate bowls and put all of the dry ingredients in 1 of them and mix well.

Put all of the wet ingredients in the second bowl and mix together well.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in one bowl and mix very well.

Once the mixture is ready, chop up the bananas and mix into the batter equally.

Add the chocolate chips into the batter and mix in.

Scoop the mixture into the cupcake moulds.

Bake in the oven for 30 mins.
