Layered Chocolate Moose Cake
Ingredients:

2 Pots of Quark (must be drained and whipped)

100g of Melted Chocolate

1 and 1/2 packs of Triffle Sponges or Lady Fingers

1 tbsp of Icing Sugar

Refrigerated Coconut Milk (whipped with the icing sugar)

Any Canned or glazed Cherries

To Decorate: Sprinkle Chocolate or Cocoa
Method:

Drain the quark.

Melt the chocolate.

Mix the chocolate with the quark and blend until smooth and evenly coloured.

Scoop the creamy part of the coconut milk and put it into a prechilled bowl.

Whip the coconut cream until soft peaks form.

Add the icing sugar to the coconut cream and whip a little bit more.

With a spoon or a spatula, transfer the cream into the quark and mix together well.

Lay out the triffle sponges onto the base of the dish and then cover with the quark mixture to cover
them.

Lay out some of the cherries on top.

Repeat the last two steps until the dish is full, finishing with the quark mixture.

Lay out the rest of the cherries and decorate with the shredded chocolate on top.
