Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Plain Flour

1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

A Pinch of Salt
-
1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar

1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
-
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
-
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
-
12 Chocolate Pieces
-
1/4 Cup Oil or Butter
-
3/4 Cup of Milk

4 Small Cups (or Ceramic pots how I used)
Method:

Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt into a bowl.

Add in the vanilla extract and oil or butter.

Then, add the milk and combine with the help of a whisk.

Gradually add more milk until batter is well combined and smooth. Make sure to get flowing consistency cake batter.

Grease the small cups or ceramic pots with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Pour the batter to about 3/4 of the the prepared moulds.

Place in the 3 chocolate pieces in centre of each batter-filled cup.

Gently push the chocolate pieces inside with a spoon and make sure they are covered with batter.

Preheat the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from cups or pots.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the lava cakes to decorate once out of the moulds.
