Cherry Cake
Ingredients:

100g of Butter or Margarine

200g of Flour

1/2 Cup of Sugar

Egg Substitution

1 tsp of Baking Powder

500g of Cherries
Method:

Mix the softened butter, sugar, pinch of salt, vanilla and the egg substitute.

Then mix in the flour and baking powder into the mixture.

Put the mixture into a cake mould and smooth it out.

Lay out the cherries on top without crushing them and sprinkle them with some sugar.

Put in the preheated oven for 40 minutes and only cut it when it cools down fully.
